John Padgett Design, Inc. was founded on the belief that construction should be based on quality and a unique and functional design all within the constraints of each client’s individual budget. Since 2005 we have gained extensive experience in kitchen and bathroom remodels, however we also work on full home remodels, property rehab and new construction when the opportunity arises. John is involved in the design process and selection of materials from the project’s onset and works with the client to achieve the ultimate goal – quality projects, functional, within budget and aesthetically exciting.
John has been in construction since the early 90’s, starting a sign construction company in the Seattle area. After returning to Southern California, he remained in the sign industry and worked as a Production Manager for high end environmental design clients such as LPA and The Irvine Company before getting his own Contractor’s License and founding John Padgett Design, Inc. His passion for construction and building has never waned, and he finds excitement in each project and the unique situation each poses – since remodels tend to always have something that is challenging!
John lives and works in Fullerton, CA with his wife and two teenage sons. When he’s not working, you can most likely find him at the baseball field cheering on one of his boys who are both avid baseball players.
